The big house nestling in the countryside was alive with singing this Saturday morning. Mummy, Daddy and Jennifer were wishing Beatrice a happy seventh birthday. Jasper, Puppy and Holly the kitten all sang along too….

Jasper and Puppy were very excited because they knew that Happy Birthday meant cake!!!! Puppy licked his lips.

Jasper looked down and nudged something with his nose. “What’s that Puppy? It just fell out of your mouth.”

They both stared at it.

“I don’t remember eating that!” Puppy cocked his head to the side to get a better look.

“What’s small and white and that sort of shape?” He wondered aloud.

“I know!” barked Jasper.“It’s one of your baby teeth. You’ve lost a tooth!”
