When did you first discover that you enjoy writing and wanted to become a published author? This fire started not by a passion for writing, but, a passion for the subject matter at hand. It has been very difficult for me to sit back and watch the issues plaguing our American policing system and not being able to be the change agent I wanted to be. I then formulated a plan to use a book as a vehicle to promote change. What is your favorite and the most challenging aspect of writing? My favorite aspect of writing has to be possessing the ability to articulate exactly what I have experienced and feel to anyone willing to read about it.
